Ultimate Frisbee got you moving slowly? Work out that muscle strain with your Glass Caress.
Glass Caress is great for self massage as well as partner massage so you can
effectively massage that tightness out of your legs, arms, shoulders.
Had that perfect day of sports and want a perfect end to the day?

End your perfect day the perfect way, with a Glass Caress.

How to Use Your Glass Caress

The ergonomic massage device is grasped by the grip. The flattened base of the grip fits into
the palm of the hand and the fingers curl around the grip. Glide the massage device over the area to
be massaged, ideally keeping the wrist straight. Use circular, tapping, rubbing, kneading, grinding or
any other massaging motion that gives relief and the desired effect. The device's ergonomic form, weight
and density allow the operator to give an effectively delightful massage without exertion. The many
effective massage surfaces and edges allow for versatility and maximizes comfort for the operator and the
one receiving the massage.

The massage device's material and structure allows for the maintenance of
hygiene, which prevents bacterial and viral breeding grounds unlike many other
massage tools. Simply place your Glass Caress in the top shelf of the dishwasher, wash
in hot water with antibacterial soap, or wipe with an antibacterial sanitizer.

Massage the temples, forehead, head, neck, shoulders, arms, hands, chest,
breasts, torso, back, buttocks, hips, thighs, knees, calves and feet.  Head to toe
massage is possible with this one tool. Self massage or on a partner.

IMPORTANT

As with any massage, please drink plenty of water to let your body dispose of the released toxins.

Doctors warn not to have a massage if you have a fever or certain conditions such as osteoporosis or any
kind of bleeding disorder. Massage is not recommended for anyone taking blood-thinning drugs such
as the commonly used warfarin, also sold under the brand name Coumadin. There is a risk of internal bleeding.
If in doubt, always check with your medical practitioner before introducing any new therapy.
